Good Morning All

            Yesterday I visited the State Board of Elections and I was given a copy of the State of Illinois CANDIDATE’S GUIDE 2008.  This Guide is available, at no cost, at the Lake County Clerk’s Office in Waukegan.  The required Nominating Petitions are on line for easy download. This information is informational only.

            PETITIONS CAN BE FILED WITH THE CLERK BEGINNING OCTOBER 29th thru NOVEMBER 7th.  The very helpful clerk recommended that we target OCTOBER 29th, first thing in the morning.

LAKE COUNTY BOARD MEMBERS

          15 of the 23 Members of the Lake County Board are standing for election. I have put a check mark next to those who supported the Lakewood Olympics.
